By creating an account on BuildBrand.shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BuildBrand.shop is a web-based platform that allows health coaches, nutritionists, gym trainers, and wellness professionals to create before-and-after transformation flyers for sharing on social media and messaging platforms.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: 7 days, 10 flyers — no payment required
• Basic: ₹99/month — 50 flyers per month
• Premium: ₹999/year — 699 flyers per year
• Plans are activated manually after payment verification by admin
• Unused flyers do not carry over to the next billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BuildBrand.shop to:

• Upload photos without the explicit consent of the person in the photo
• Create misleading, false, or fraudulent transformation claims
• Upload illegal, obscene, or offensive content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate health coaching promotion

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using our platform, you grant BuildBrand a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

The BuildBrand name, logo, platform design, and code are the intellectual property of BuildBrand.shop. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuildBrand.shop is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We will notify users of significant changes via email or WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

BuildBrand offers a 7-day free trial with 10 flyers — no payment required. We encourage you to fully explore the platform before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If the platform is completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your complaint
• Payment Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or duplicate payments were made
• Plan Not Activated: If your payment was received but the plan was not activated within 24 hours

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after plan activation
• Partial use of flyer quota
• Account suspension due to policy violation
• Expired plans (plans that have passed their end date)
• Free trial period — no charges apply

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Contact us on WhatsApp: +91 85150 52969
• Send your UPI Transaction ID and reason for refund
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to the original UPI account used for payment. We do not offer cash refunds or transfers to different accounts.

6. Plan Cancellation

You may stop using BuildBrand at any time. Cancellation means you will not be renewed, but no refund is provided for the remaining period unless it meets the refund eligibility criteria above.

The before-and-after images shared using our platform represent individual experiences and are NOT guarantees of similar results for others. Transformation results depend on many factors including diet, exercise, genetics, medical conditions, and adherence to programs.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

BuildBrand.shop is not a medical platform. Content created using our platform should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.

3. Coach Responsibility

Health coaches, trainers, and professionals using BuildBrand are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from clients before uploading their photos
• Ensuring transformation claims are truthful and not misleading
• Complying with applicable advertising and health claim regulations
• Any legal consequences arising from the content they create and share

4. Platform Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

5. Third-Party Platforms

BuildBrand allows sharing to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. Their respective terms of service apply when you share content on their platforms.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep information on our platform accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Use the platform at your own discretion.

7. Changes to Policies

BuildBrand reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
